Hi I’m Vj, a proud mother of two, and my journey as a chef is deeply rooted in the love and inspiration I received from my father. Growing up, I would watch him cook on his day off, giving my mother a well-deserved break. We would all gather around the table and savor the delicious meals he prepared. It was during those moments that he shared a valuable lesson with me: “A food cooked by heart straight touches the soul.”
Those words stayed with me, and today, I am following in his footsteps, passionately bringing the rich heritage of Indian flavors to your doorstep. Cooking with love and sharing these flavors is my way of connecting with you and creating unforgettable culinary experiences.
